You will absolutely love the taste and versatility of our #1 selling seasoning. Go Go Garlic is an exquisite spice blend that is perfect on bagel spread, pasta, chicken, fish, pork, vegetables, steak and chops. After experiencing our Go Go Garlic most people prefer it to crushed cloves. Use it to make Garlic Bread, just as we do at event tastings.

For Shrimp Scampi: Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of Go Go Garlic into 1 stick of melted butter or margarine. Heat on low for 5 minutes to develop flavors. Add cooked shrimp to mixture for a few minutes. Add mixture with shrimp to drained pasta. Toss and serve. (Note: Though not required, slightly hydrating the garlic before use with a couple drops of water will open its favor slightly quicker.)

For Party Dip: Mix 1 TBL of Go Go Garlic with 3/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. Or, use 1 cup of whipped cream cheese with just enough sour cream to make it easy to mix. Either way, let set in refrigerator at least 4 hours after mixing. Adjust the taste by adding more or using less of the seasoning.

Lite, no fat and lower fat products may be used without losing any flavor or quality of taste. Use for example, yogurt, cream cheese, cottage cheese, tofu and whatever you prefer!

For Salad Dressing: Several options, here is a popular one. Mix 1/4 cup of fat free mayonnaise with 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar. Add 2 tablespoons of Go Go Garlic. Chill overnight.

Ingredients: Minced garlic, onion, parsley. No Salt - No Sugars - No Preservatives - No MSG

Italian Olive Garlic

Italian Olive Garlic is thoughtfully well blended: black olives, garlic, parsley, oregano and pepper!  It is another of your go to's for exceptional cooking in your DIY Gourmet-in-Minutes identity, for preparing a variety of dishes, from deviled eggs, salads,  to cream cheese spread. Or simply mix Italian Olive Garlic with melted butter to serve on pasta, rice or couscous. You can also sprinkle this blend on poultry, vegetables, and meats.  No MSG No Sugar No Salt Added 

Here's all you do: 

For Butter or Olive oil Sauce: In skillet over low heat for 5 minutes, heat 1 stick of butter, margarine, or 6 tablespoons of olive oil with 1 tablespoon of Italian Olive Garlic. If you are in the mood, add cooked shrimp, cooked chicken, mushrooms, etc. Then just add the mixture to cooked pasta, couscous or rice for a tasty gourmet treat.

For Creamy Cheese Spread: Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of Italian Olive Garlic with 8oz of whipped cream cheese and let mixture set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

For Party Dip: Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of Italian Olive Garlic seasoning with 3/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise (or 1 cup whipped cream cheese with just enough sour cream to make it easy to mix). Let set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours after mixing. 

Adjust the tase of the dip by adding more or less seasoning.

Using lite, no fat and lower fat products will produce the same high quality results!

Rockin Roasted Garlic

One of your "Go To" basics as a DIY Gourmet-in-Minutes Chef. This all purpose seasoning blend contains a WOW! that is your's with a tablespoon or a shake. It's great for just about everything from mashed potatoes to a creamy garlic sauce. It's fantastic for chicken, fish, meats, vegetables, pasta, garlic bread, dips and more.  And.... No MSG No Sugar Very Low Sodium 

Here's what's in the blend: Roasted, garlic (maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, dehtdrated garlic, partially hydrogenated soy bean and/or cotton seed oil, lipoiyzed butter oil, less than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking, garlic oil), onion, parsley and spices. 10mg of sodium per 1/4 tsp serving.

Here's all you do: Simply rub your chicken or fish lightly with olive oil and then rub or sprinkle on Rockin Roasted Garlic and cook.

For Party Dip & Sauce: Mix 1 tablespoon of Rockin Roasted Garlic with 3/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. Let set in refrigerator for 2 hours. For salad dressing or sauce, simply add water to party dip to desired texture and use over chicken, rice, vegetables, etc. Alternative for party dip only: Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of Rockin Roasted Garlic with 1 cup of whipped cream cheese and enough sour cream to make it easy to mix.

With Mashed Potatos: Adding Rockin Roasted Garlic to taste makes a wonderful "notch up" for mashed potatos. You may want to hydrate seasoning first with a couple drops of water.
