A taste of Italy and a very popular soup! It makes a lot but you can freeze what you dont use.
Here's all you do: In a large pot, stir soup mixture into 6 1/2 cups of boiling water. Add a 16oz can of tomato sauce. Reduce heat to a low boil and cook uncovered for 25 minutes, Stir during cooking to avoid overflow. Before serving add 4 tablespoons of parmesan or romano cheese.
For extra Flair: Add 8oz cooked, crumbled Italian sausage or ground beef and/or 16oz can of drained graet northern beans.
Ingredients: Pasta (durum wheat, semolina, niacin, iron, lactate, monotrate, riboflavin, folic acid), dehydrated kidney beans, garlic, onion, basil, oregano and parsley.
