Louisiana Market Chowder is a fantastic soup that is very versatile! Just add corn, chicken, clams, shrimp, fish, or anything else you can imagine. The authentic taste brings the French Quarter right to your soup bowl.
Here's all you do: Add soup mixture to 4 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add 4 cups of fat-free half & half, and a 15oz can of corn, undrained. Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes.
