Here's all you do:
For Jerk Fruit Salsa: Chop an apple into small pieces and mix with an 11oz drained can of Mandarin oranges, 1/4 cup of white raisins, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of Apple Jelly, and 1 tablespoon of Classic Island Jerk. Use as a finishing touch over grilled chicken, pork or fish. Or, serve as a Salsa Dip (warmed or cold!)
For Party Dip: Mix 1 tablespoon of Classic Island Jerk with 3/4 cup of sour cream and 1`/4 cup of mayonnaise. Let set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours after mixing. Adjust taste by adding more or less seasoning.
Lite, no-fat, & lower fat products may be used for remarkably great taste! Classic Island Jerk seasoning also goes well with yogurt, cream cheese, cottage cheese, tofu & most of your other favorites. Dont hesitate to experiment, and let us know how it turns out.
