You will absolutely love the taste and versatility of our #1 selling seasoning. Go Go Garlic is an exquisite spice blend that is perfect on bagel spread, pasta, chicken, fish, pork, vegetables, steak and chops. After experiencing our Go Go Garlic most people prefer it to crushed cloves. Use it to make Garlic Bread, just as we do at event tastings.

For Shrimp Scampi: Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of Go Go Garlic into 1 stick of melted butter or margarine. Heat on low for 5 minutes to develop flavors. Add cooked shrimp to mixture for a few minutes. Add mixture with shrimp to drained pasta. Toss and serve. (Note: Though not required, slightly hydrating the garlic before use with a couple drops of water will open its favor slightly quicker.)

For Party Dip: Mix 1 TBL of Go Go Garlic with 3/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise. Or, use 1 cup of whipped cream cheese with just enough sour cream to make it easy to mix. Either way, let set in refrigerator at least 4 hours after mixing. Adjust the taste by adding more or using less of the seasoning.

Lite, no fat and lower fat products may be used without losing any flavor or quality of taste. Use for example, yogurt, cream cheese, cottage cheese, tofu and whatever you prefer!

For Salad Dressing: Several options, here is a popular one. Mix 1/4 cup of fat free mayonnaise with 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar. Add 2 tablespoons of Go Go Garlic. Chill overnight.

Ingredients: Minced garlic, onion, parsley. No Salt - No Sugars - No Preservatives - No MSG

Award Winning Zucchini Bread

You receive your own accolades when you serve this: For your family and loved ones, this zucchini bread is the ultimate treat and a sure-fire favorite! It is moist, delicious, healthy, and easy to prepare. What more could you want? You can add your favorite ingredients, examples: cinnamon, walnuts, nutmeg, lemon zest, lemon juice, or our own Luscious Lemon Delight seasoning found on this site.

Here's all you do: Grate 3 cups of zucchini (if the zucchini is large, scrape out the seeds). Squeeze grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel until most of the liquid has been absorbed by the towel. Blend 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of melted and cooled butter and 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. Fold into zucchini bread mix and then add grated zucchini to the mixture (if you like, for enhanced flavor, add 1/2 cup walnuts and/or raisins). Evenly pour mixture into 2 well greased 4x8 loaf pans and bake at 350 F for 60 to 70 minutes. Let bread cool in pans for 10 minutes, remove and let set for an additional 30 minutes before serving. Zucchini bread can be wrapped in kitchen plastic or tin foil and stored at room temperature between servings.

Ingredients: Sugar, all purpose bleached enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate riboflavin, and folic acid), Whole egg powder (less than 2% sodium silico aluminate added as an anti-caking agent), Flaxseed, salt, Cinnamon, Baking Soda and Baking Powder (calcium acid phosphate, bicarbonate of soda, cornstarch). Positioning Statement: Berry Berry Strawberry is specially formulated to deliver, fat free, unsurpassed flavor for everyday use, for example, sprinkle on fruit, cereals, even oatmeal; use with a whipped topping (such as Cool Whip Brand), butter spread, or cream cheese. Mixed with whipped cream cheese and just enough sour cream to make it easy to mix, creates a delicious topping for cookies, our pound cakes and dessert breads, even icing for a cake. Below you will learn how to make a salad dressing that is so good you may want to put it in a small container to take with you when you eat out!

For Dessert Dip or Topping: Mix 2 TBL of Berry Berry Strawberry with 1 cup of whipped topping such as Cool Whip brand, and 1 cup of marshmallow creme or 1 cup of plain yogurt. Let mixture set in refrigerator at least 5 hours before serving. Use as a dessert topping or a dip for Animal brand crackers type goodies.

Traveling Salad Dressing: Mix and chill 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/8 cup of balsamic vinegar, and 1 TBL of Berry Berry Strawberry. After chilled, it's excellent over salads. For example, use over a salad of lettuce, walnuts, strawberries, pineapple, apples, feta cheese and olives. We call it traveling because if you decide to put in a small container, take it with you to the restaurant and use it instead of theirs, you will not be the first!
