Ingredients: Garlic, peppers, onion, parsley, cumin and paprika make this seasoning perfect for sprinkling on chicken, fish, meats, pasta, and vegetables. No MSG No Sugar No Salt

Here's all you do:

For Peanut Sauce: Coat pan with 2-3 Tbls of olive oil. Add 2 1/2 Tbls of California Garlic Peppers and saute on low for 3 minutes. Then add 1 - 2 tsp. of crushed red peppers, 1 cup of peanut butter and stir in 3oz of honey. Stir until saute thickens, then add 1 tsp of Strawberrytree Farms Strictly Cajun seasoning and 1/2 tsp of soy sauce (lite). Stir in 3/4 cups of water or more to desired thickness. If you want a southwestern flavor, add chopped cilantro to taste. 

This sauce is extraordinarily delicious over sauted chicken tenders and string beans.

For Party Dip: Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of seasoning with 3/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise (or 1 cup of whipped cream cheese with just enough sour cream to make it easy to mix). Let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

For a delightful addition to your pasta, simply combine 5 tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of California Garlic Peppers, warm for 3 minutes, pour over prepared pasta, and enjoy.
