You can't go wrong with Very Very Veggie in any dish, no matter what you're cooking. It makes the tastiest bagel spread and is very popular in potato salad, cream cheese, cottage cheese, tofu, yogurt and as a dip. No MSG No Sugar No Salt
Here's all you do:
For Rice: Cook rice. Stir 3 tablespoons of Very Very Veggie seasoning into the moist rice. Cover pot with lid and allow about 5 minutes for seasoning to flavor rice.
For Bagel Spread: Mix 2 tablespoons of Very Very Veggie Seasoning into 8oz of whipped cream cheese and let set in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
For Party Dip: Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of Very Very Veggie with 3/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of mayonnaise (or 1 cup of whipped cream cheese with just enough sour cream to make it easy to mix). Let set in refrigerator at least 4 hours before serving.
adjust the taste of the dip by adding more or less seasoning.
Lite, no fat, and lower fat products may be used and still create remarkably delicious taste.
