They just can't be beat for wonderful, satisfying flavor. Another variation is to make Garlic Redskin Mashed Potatoes. The tender, thin skin doesn’t need to be peeled, plus it offers wonderful texture, flavor and color. Follow the recipe above, using all-time favorite Go Go Garlic gourmet seasoning blend. |

Green Beans & Walnuts CasseroleEverybody likes green beans, but if you are tired of the same old regular green beans, why not try this delicious alternative and see the smiles around your dinner table like we have? INGREDIENTS: Reserve french fried onion rings and butter for garnish. Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to combine thoroughly. Turn out into serving dish. Drizzle melted butter over entire dish and garnish with french fried onion rings. If preparing ahead of time, cover with aluminum foil and keep hot until serving time. VARIATIONS: |

Cheesy Cheddar BiscuitsQuick & Easy: On a cold winter night, Cheesy Cheddar Biscuits start disappearing from the table as soon as you serve them. You'll love everything about these delicious, flaky biscuits from the easy last minute prep, the cooking aroma and the amazing light flavorful taste! Here's all you do: Preheat oven to 425. Empty contents of package into a mixing bowl. Cut shortening into mix with a pastry cutter until most pieces are about ¼ inch. Put in freezer for 10 minutes. Remove from freezer and add water ( and cheese, if you’re using cheese). Stir until blended and a thick dough forms. Drop approximately ¼ cup portions of the dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet ( or parchment paper.) Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter immediately after baking. (If you love garlic, you might want to add one-half tsp. of our popular Go Go Garlic to the butter. And for a really Italian flair, sprinkle in a touch of our Italian Bread Dipping Blend. |

Bahama Mama Turkey & Rice CasseroleWhen it comes to leftover pork, turkey or chicken, there's nothing like a quick, easy, hearty and satisfying casserole on a chilly afternoon to warm the insides of everyone at the table. And with Bahama Mama Caribbean Rice mix, dinner is ready in less than half an hour... no muss, no fuss. This quick and satisfying meal starter mix will have all your friends begging for your secret recipe. Here's all you do: Empty contents into 4 1/2 cups of boiling water. Add 1/2 stick (4 tbsp) of butter or margarine. Return to the boil and boil for one minute. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in 2 cups diced turkey. Cover and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. For added color, garnish with fresh chopped spinach. |
