Here's all you do: Lightly coat your steak with olive oil (or Worcestershire sauce). Rub in steak seasoning on both sides. Place steak over the hottest burner on your grill (or on a very hot skillet) Cook for 4 minutes on each side (uncovered) for rare. For medium, cook 6 minutes on each side. For well done, cook longer or close cover on grill while cooking. NO MSG
