Here's all you do: For Gourmet Spreadable Cheese simply add 1 tablespoon of Strawberrytree Farms Garlic & Herbs to 8oz of soft cream cheese (whipped or regular). Mix until evenly distributed, then refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to develop flavor.
One of your best seasoning partners: We also found out it makes an incredible poultry seasoning, and is excellent for fish, pasta, sauces, garlic butter or as a seasoning for just about anything. Spread it on crackers or on a bagel. Make stuffed celery or olives. Melt it into mashed potatoes or into a sauce for pasta.
