Lenten Salmon with Dill
We saw this delicious looking recipe in Simply Whisked and we all just looked at each other, all thinking the same thing. Then someone spoke what we all were thinking...."as good as this must be, it will be kicked up to the next level with our gourmet seasonings"...and it was. Here's all we did:
Preheat oven to 400 F
Place 4 salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Season filet with salt and pepper to taste. Instead we used our Gourmet Pepper Spice Seasoning Mix, which contains salt and 9 different kinds of pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until Salmon is cooked and becomes flakey.
In a bowl, whisk together until combined into delicious sauce:
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 heaping tsp Strawberry Tree Farms GoGo Garlic (it's dehydrated garlic, not salt or powder)
1/2 tsp Strawberry Tree Farms Roasted Onion Delight Seasoning
1/2 TBS lemon juice
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 1/2 capfuls of Strawberry Tree Farms all natural Dill'ers Choice Gourmet seasoning
Serve baked salmon with the sauce and lemon wedges. Your family will love it...
