Here's all you do: Add soup mixture to 4 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add 4 cups of fat-free half & half, and a 15oz can of corn, undrained. Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes.
For seafood chowder as we made, pictured, instead of 4 cups of water, use 3 cups of water and 1 container of clam juice. Boil for 5 minutes, add the 4 cups of fat free half and half and start to simmer for 45 minutes with 15 minutes to go we added a package of seafood medley from the grocery store. This one contained shrimp, calamari and sea scallops.It was delicious.
