Use us to simplify and make you speedy, sensible and smart. It could be a much better choice if you are busy with little time to cook.

Here is a good example of our way of cooking, based upon over 25 years of hands on experience makes use of fresh foods dehydrated to which you apply your personal touch to make them your own.

I recently saw a recipe for Mexican Chicken Chowder. It looked delicious, I'll do it I thought, it will be quick and we'll have left overs.  Then I saw the ingredients (12-14), cooking instructions with around 30 minutes of prep time and the Dutch Oven that would have to be cleaned afterward.

Instead use a package of our Santa Fe Tortilla Soup...follow the directions on the package with some quick easy changes and PRESTO!...you, the wizard in the kitchen have made a Mexican Chicken Chowder second to none.

You will bring to a boil, then cook on low for 15 minutes, stirring to keep from sticking.

Here are the package directions with Changes:

Whisk contents of package into 4 cups of water and 4 cups of milk. (Instead of milk use 4 cups of fat-free half & half.

Add your favorite cheese (most common are 2 cups shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Mexican Blend)

Add 1 can of Chunky Salsa. (Optional now but up to you)

In addition, add:

Cooked rotisserie chicken purchased from store, or cooked chicken breast (even from can).

1 can of cream style corn

Optional but if you do it once, you will always do it:

11/2 capfuls our Gourmet Roasted Onion Delight

capfuls of our GoGo Garlic

1 capful of our Mexican Hurcha Seasoning (or to taste)

Bring to a boil, stirring often to prevent sticking. Cook on low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This is one you will choose e en if you have more time...It simply tastes better...
